Is the atmosphere of a legendary festival on the shores of the Caspian Sea, which will become even more global, as the geography of performing countries expands to a worldwide scale: Russia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Turkey, Europe, and others. Audiences can expect six days of grandiose open-air events on the shores of the Caspian Sea, incredible shows, and performances more than 100 artists.
From July 23th to 28th, on the picturesque coast of the resort town Sea Breeze Resort, the main event of the summer will unfold — the new International Music Festival DREAM FEST 2024!
